Kari Perkins is an award winning costume designer with over 25 years of professional design experience.  She began sewing her own clothes at the age of twelve, creating her own distinctive 70’s wardrobe. Since that time, Kari has designed costumes for over 15 feature films and numerous theatre and dance productions presented throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Kari  has costumed  actors such as Wynona Rider, Keanu Reeves, Matthew McConhaghey, Rene Zellweger, Bruce Willis, Rose McGowan, Robert Downey Jr., Patricia Arquette, Parker Posey and Ethan Hawke, in feature films . In addition, Kari has applied her theater arts training to such challenges as creating sculpted leather breast plates and wings for stage productions.
